Ryan Brooks, a partner at WSHB's Orlando office, specializes in construction and commercial litigation. With a strong background in general liability, he has represented major insurance companies worldwide in professional liability, bodily injury, and property damage cases.

He believes that effective representation hinges on communication, preparation, and tenacity. Ryan handles cases in state and federal courts and advocates for alternative dispute resolution as a cost-efficient way to protect his clients' interests.

Originally from Florida, Ryan grew up near Gainesville. He attended the University of Florida on a full academic scholarship, earning a Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Russian Language and Literature. He pursued his legal studies at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, with a concentration in environmental law. During law school, he received a merit-based scholarship for academic excellence and interned at a shelter for battered women and children.

Outside of his legal practice, Ryan enjoys participating in triathlons, traveling, fishing, and supporting the Florida Gators.
