Originally from Florida, Ryan's roots near Gainesville have cultivated a deep connection to the local community. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Russian Language and Literature at the University of Florida on a full academic scholarship. Subsequently, he pursued his legal studies at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, with a concentration in environmental law.
