Ross Asher brings decades of civil litigation experience to his role at WSHB, where he serves as of counsel in the Houston, Texas, office. With a strong focus on defending clients in various areas, including vehicle and premises liability claims, product liability, toxic torts, trucking accidents, construction defects, and general civil liability, Ross has established himself as a trusted advocate in the legal field.

An AV-rated attorney, Ross is admitted to practice law in the Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas, as well as the U.S. Fifth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. His expertise includes serving as national trial counsel for a Fortune 250 company, where he managed lawsuits across multiple states.

In addition to his legal practice, Ross is passionate about fostering the next generation of legal talent. He welcomes opportunities to mentor newly minted litigators in an effort to develop the legal leaders of tomorrow. Before entering the legal profession, Ross served as a United States Army Infantry Officer, where he led a rifle platoon in the Republic of Korea.
