Overview

Omar Amin is a senior associate in WSHB's Tampa office whose practice focuses on insurance coverage. 

Omar graduated from Stetson University College of Law with his Juris Doctor and a Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy. While in law school, he served as a member of the Dispute Resolution Board and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team. He also interned at a trial consulting firm where he observed numerous mock trials giving him extensive insight into the art of jury trials. He additionally held internships at the Sixth Judicial Circuit, where he was able to experience court proceedings under the mentorship of Judge Pamela Campbell and Judge Amy Williams.

Prior to joining the firm, Omar practiced as a plaintiff lawyer. This experience provided him with a unique perspective and insight into case resolution and litigation strategies.
