Overview

Olivia Rosenthal is a senior associate in WSHB’s Boca Raton office. Her practice focuses primarily on first-party insurance. Olivia attended the University of Miami for both her undergraduate and legal studies. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. During her time at Miami Law, Olivia was a staff editor on the Inter-American Law Review, president of the Environmental Law Society, an active member of the Society of Bar and Gavel, and a student ambassador.

While in law school, Olivia interned in Miami Law’s immigration clinic, and clerked for an international infrastructure engineering and construction company, where she gained invaluable experience reviewing, analyzing, and revising multi-million dollar construction contracts and commercial leases. Since graduation, Olivia has practiced exclusively in the realm of insurance coverage, representing both policy holders and insurance carriers. She is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the Federal Court in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
