Overview
Nicco Vocaturo is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on general liability and premises liability defense. He represents businesses, property owners, contractors, and insurers throughout all phases of litigation.
Prior to joining WSHB, Mr. Vocaturo served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jason W. Rockwell, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. He later represented clients in general liability and professional liability matters.
Mr. Vocaturo earned his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Rutgers University. During law school, he interned with the NFL Players Association and NFL Players Incorporated, where he worked on matters involving athlete-related business affairs, licensing, endorsements, sponsorships, intellectual property, and player health and safety.
