Mindy Bae is a partner at WSHB, advising clients from the firm’s El Segundo, California and Seattle, Washington offices. She is recognized for her cross-jurisdictional expertise and commitment to client service. Her practice is focused on professional liability and commercial litigation. She represents licensed professionals, including attorneys, architects, accountants, real estate brokers and agents, insurance brokers, and property management companies. She also has extensive business and commercial litigation experience involving claims of breach of contract, fraud/misrepresentation, and intellectual property theft, as well as transactional experience negotiating and drafting business-to-business agreements.

While in law school, Mindy was a business and legal affairs extern at Lionsgate and IM Global, an independent film production company. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Barry Russell of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, and to the Honorable Stuart M. Rice of the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Mindy’s achievements have earned her recognition as a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers each year from 2020 through 2024.
