Overview

Miki Saito is an associate attorney at WSHB’s Seattle, Washington office. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, particularly in the areas of construction defects, torts, and liability.

Miki earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and her B.A. in Public Health from the University of Washington. During law school, she served as the Executive Editor of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice and as Vice President of Regional Competitions for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. She also competed in the Regional ABA Mediation Competition and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Persuasive Writing and Oral Advocacy, and UCC Sales.

Before and during law school, Miki gained valuable experience working at a family law firm and volunteering with the Moderate Means Program. She also worked as a housing justice attorney prior to joining WSHB.
