Michael Magee Jr. is an experienced civil litigator who specializes in construction defect and civil litigation. He has a proven track record of successful advocacy and dispute resolution. Michael focuses on developing and applying both traditional and innovative litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients in the construction industry. He is adept at efficiently resolving complex issues through mediation, settlement discussions, arbitration, and dispositive motions.
Before joining WSHB, Michael litigated first-party property claims in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he specialized in investigating and defending against fraudulent insurance claims. In addition to his legal work, he actively participates in pro bono initiatives and volunteers as a coach for the Special Olympics.
