Overview

Michael Bayron defends individuals, property owners, and businesses in all types of catastrophic injury matters. He is also vastly experienced in defending physicians, hospitals and nursing homes in medical malpractice actions. Involved in all stages of litigation, Michael is particularly adept with suit evaluation, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation and appellate practice. Michael's argued and won appeals in the First and Second Departments of New York’s Appellate Division.

A graduate of Binghamton University, Michael subsequently earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the New York Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
