Overview
Mark Roach is the managing partner of WSHB’s Las Vegas office. With more than 20 years of legal experience, he is a trusted advisor to clients throughout Nevada and is known for defending complex, high-stakes matters with a steady, solutions-oriented approach.
Mark has a well-established construction litigation practice, representing national and local developers, general contractors, and homebuilders in matters involving both residential and commercial construction. He also maintains a robust personal injury practice on behalf of individuals, businesses, and municipalities, and has significant experience in transportation litigation. Clients and colleagues alike recognize his meticulous case preparation and strategic advocacy in the courtroom, at mediation, and in arbitration.
A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Mark came to the practice of law following a successful career in public education and earned his J.D. as a charter class member of UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law.
Outside the office, Mark enjoys woodworking, playing the guitar, and following Major League Baseball.
