Overview

Mark Roach is a partner at WSHB's Las Vegas and Reno offices, bringing more than twenty years of legal expertise to firm clients. He is recognized for his deep knowledge of construction litigation, representing a diverse range of clients including national and local developers, general contractors, and homebuilders. Mark's practice also extends to personal injury matters for individuals, businesses, and municipalities, as well as significant experience in transportation litigation. He is known for his thorough case preparation and strategic approach, whether in the courtroom, at mediation, or during arbitration.

An alumnus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Mark transitioned from a successful career in public education to law, graduating from UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law.

Mark is active in several organizations, including the Nevada Contractors Association and the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association. He also serves as a mentor in the State Bar of Nevada's Transitioning into Practice program, guiding new attorneys at the beginning of their careers.

Beyond work, Mark enjoys woodworking, playing the guitar, and following Major League Baseball.
