Overview

Mark Roach, a partner at WSHB's Las Vegas, Nevada office, boasts over two decades of experience. Specializing in construction litigation, Mark represents developers, general contractors, and homebuilders. His clientele ranges from national commercial and residential builders to local operators. He also handles personal injury cases for individuals, businesses, and municipalities. Mark meticulously prepares each case for trial but is equally adept at mediation and arbitrations.

An alumnus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Mark transitioned from a successful career in public education to law, graduating from UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law.

Mark is active in several organizations, including the Nevada Contractors Association and the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association. He also serves as a mentor in the State Bar of Nevada's Transitioning into Practice program, guiding new attorneys at the beginning of their careers.

Beyond work, Mark enjoys woodworking, playing the guitar, and following Major League Baseball.
