Wood Smith Henning & Berman is pleased to announce that Mark Roach has been named Managing Partner of the firm's Las Vegas office.

With more than 20 years of legal experience, Roach is a trusted advisor to clients throughout Nevada and is known for defending complex, high-stakes matters with a steady, solutions-oriented approach. In his new leadership role with the firm, he will oversee the continued growth and strategic direction of the Las Vegas office while maintaining his active litigation practice.

"Mark brings the combination of legal skills, sound judgment, and leadership that makes him a natural fit to lead our Las Vegas office," said Firmwide Managing Partner Stewart Reid. "He understands the Nevada legal landscape, knows what clients need from counsel, and has earned the confidence of both his colleagues and the clients he serves. We are excited to have him take on this important role as we continue to expand our presence in Nevada."

Roach has built a well-established construction litigation practice representing national and local developers, general contractors, and home builders involving residential and commercial construction. His experience encompasses a broad range of complex construction matters, where he combines careful case preparation with a practical understanding of the business considerations driving litigation.

He also maintains a robust personal injury practice representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities and has significant experience handling transportation litigation. Across his practice, Roach is recognized for meticulous preparation and strategic advocacy, whether in the courtroom, at mediation, or in arbitration.

"I am honored to take on the role of Managing Partner and to lead such a talented team in Las Vegas," said Roach. "Nevada continues to be an important market for our firm. I look forward to building on the strength of our team, continuing to grow our capabilities, and ensuring that we remain focused on delivering the practical, strategic counsel our clients expect."

The appointment reflects WSHB's continued investment in its Nevada presence and commitment to developing strong local leadership capable of serving clients across a wide range of industries and complex litigation matters.
