With more than 20 years of legal experience, Roach is a trusted advisor to clients throughout Nevada and is known for defending complex, high-stakes matters with a steady, solutions-oriented approach. In his new leadership role with the firm, he will oversee the continued growth and strategic direction of the Las Vegas office while maintaining his active litigation practice.

Roach has built a well-established construction litigation practice representing national and local developers, general contractors, and home builders involving residential and commercial construction. His experience encompasses a broad range of complex construction matters, where he combines careful case preparation with a practical understanding of the business considerations driving litigation.
He also maintains a robust personal injury practice representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities and has significant experience handling transportation litigation. Across his practice, Roach is recognized for meticulous preparation and strategic advocacy, whether in the courtroom, at mediation, or in arbitration.
