Marilyn Victor is a partner in WSHB's Thousand Oaks office, where she enjoys a national reputation for her consistent and aggressive litigation results in all aspects of complex civil matters. With over two decades of experience, practicing in both state and federal courts, Marilyn brings to each case sage analysis, strategic planning, creative negotiation, problem solving and independent handling of complex legal issues from inception through trial.

Marilyn focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of healthcare professionals, transportation and catastrophic injury claims. Highly regarded for her work in professional liability and high exposure matters, she has handled through post-trial actions the defense of hospitals, physicians, nurses, mental health providers, fertility specialists and cryopreservation clinics, medical spas, skilled nursing facilities, residential care facilities, assisted living facilities and home health care providers. She also has extensive experience in the representation of trucking companies, restaurants, retailers, country clubs, hotels and corporate and commercial enterprises for governmental entities and private sector clients.

Marilyn graduated with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Law and Society. She received her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Marilyn is licensed to practice in the State of California and the State of Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Court.
