Overview
Mandeep Kaur is a senior associate in WSHB's New York office. She specializes in defending clients with New York labor law, commercial, premise liability, and complex litigation actions.
Mandeep also enjoys experience in defending corporate and municipal clients in general liability, commercial, and transportation matters. Her previous experience includes working as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department, Family Court Division, where she was a member of the Special Victim’s Unit.
A graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, while in law school, Mandeep participated in the Divorce Mediation Clinic, Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, and Suspension Representation Project. She earned her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies, cum laude, from St. John’s University.
