Overview
Mandeep Kaur is senior counsel in WSHB's New York office. She is an experienced civil litigator, who focuses her practice on the defense of labor law, premises liability, commercial, employment and other complex civil litigation matters.
Mandeep is known for her strategic detail-driven approach, guiding clients through high-exposure matters in the state and federal courts of New York. Prior to joining WSHB, Mandeep developed a broad defense-side litigation practice, representing insurers, as well as municipal and corporate entities in a wide range of civil matters. She also previously served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel, with the New York City Law Department. The role provided her with extensive courtroom experience and a strong foundation in client advocacy within high-stake matters.
Mandeep earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, cum laude, from St. John’s University.
