Overview
Lucia Dugan is an accomplished associate attorney at WSHB's White Plains office. Her primary focus is handling professional liability and employment practices liability claims. She is also a skilled employment counsel and represents employers who face lawsuits from employees for harassment and discrimination in the workplace. In addition, Lucia is well-versed in general liability matters, including personal injury, property damage, and New York Labor Law.
Lucia graduated from Pace University School of Law with her Juris Doctor degree. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Paralegal Certificate from Marist College. Before joining our firm, Lucia gained valuable experience handling complex civil litigation in labor law and general liability cases for State Farm Insurance.
She is licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
