Overview

Kelly Hynek is an associate attorney in WSHB's Atlanta, Georgia, office, handling insurance coverage and complex civil litigation.

Kelly is a graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she served as an Articles Editor for Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology. While in law school, she also earned a CALI award in Federal Criminal Practice & Procedure and participated in the Prosecution Clinic. Kelly earned her undergraduate degree in Dramatic Arts from the University of North Carolina.

Before joining WSHB, Kelly served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Deborah M. Fine, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of Arizona. She also gained valuable experience as a legal extern with the Arizona Attorney General's Office, the Office of the Phoenix City Prosecutor, and the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.
