Ji-Su Park is a senior associate attorney at WSHB’s Northern California office, where she focuses on employment litigation. She has experience handling a wide range of workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Before joining WSHB, Ji-Su practiced at a plaintiffs’ employment law firm in Los Angeles, giving her valuable insight into both sides of workplace disputes.

Ji-Su earned her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, where she was honored with the Pro Bono Excellence Award and named a Public Interest Designation Fellow for her commitment to community service. During her 3L year, she represented under-sourced startup businesses as a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic, an experience that sharpened her practical, client-centered approach. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Wellesley College, graduating with honors.
Ji-Su is admitted to practice law in California and New York, as well as in all four federal U.S. District Courts in California. She is fluent in Korean and can assist clients in both English and Korean.
