Overview
Jeremy Washington is a senior associate at WSHB’s Berkeley Heights, New Jersey office. He brings extensive experience in complex civil litigation, discrimination matters, personal injury, Title 59 claims, collections, and commercial litigation.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society, president of the Black Law Students Association, and treasurer of the Latinx Law Students Association. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in sociology from the University of Delaware.
Jeremy’s prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender, where he handled mental health law matters under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and clerking for the Honorable Verna G. Leath, J.S.C. (Ret.), in Essex County. He also practiced at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Jersey City.
