Overview
Jason Scupine is a partner in WSHB's Thousand Oaks office, bringing over thirty years of experience in medical malpractice, elder abuse, mold and toxic tort litigation, construction defect, and common interest development matters. He is an accomplished, meticulously organized, detailed trial attorney with a proven record of success throughout Southern California.
Mr. Scupine earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he majored in Political Science and specialized in Business Administration.
Outside of work, Jason is an avid movie buff and a dedicated Los Angeles Dodgers and Kings fan. He also enjoys outdoor activities, including gardening, hiking, and camping.
