Overview

Jamie Witter is a Senior Associate at WSHB, based in El Segundo and serving clients throughout Southern California. His practice centers on torts, elder abuse, and civil rights litigation.

Jamie leverages a unique background in actuarial science, tax, product management, and quantitative analysis, having previously served in senior roles at large tech firms. This foundation allows him to navigate complex data and technologies in high-stakes litigation.

His foundation in advocacy began early. During college, Jamie was a national and regional award winner in the Model United Nations and Model Arab League. Later, as a law student, he participated in Georgia State University’s Urban Fellows Program, which focused on urban growth issues.

Outside of his legal practice, Jamie is deeply committed to his community, serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Ventura County and managing digital resources for the Black Lawyers of Ventura County (BLVC). An avid soccer fan, he also enjoys learning Spanish, Japanese, and AI implementation. He can often be found running, cycling, or hiking in his free time.
