Jake Goldstein, an accomplished associate attorney based in the firm's New York City office, specializes in handling intricate civil litigation cases. His expertise lies in construction and complex tort litigation, with a focus on New York Labor Law.

Jake is a graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law, where he was a member of and submissions editor for the Pace International Law Review. He was also a member of numerous mock trial and arbitration teams. Jake earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University at Albany.

Before joining WSHB, Jake gained experience in complex commercial litigation, real estate-related cases, and defending large corporations in class action lawsuits.
