Overview
Ivan Martinez is an associate attorney in WSHB's Fresno office. In his practice with the firm, he handles motor vehicle, trucking, and premises liability cases. In addition to complex torts, Ivan's experience includes construction law, habitability, and casualty.
Ivan graduated from San Joaquin College of Law, where he was a law review invitee, and performed strong academically while balancing full-time employment and a newborn son. Before earning his J.D., he attended Fresno Pacific University, where he studied international relations through their academic dean scholarship program.
Outside of the office, Ivan enjoys spending time with family, camping, martial arts, traveling, and exploring the Sierra Nevada Mountain range.
