Overview

Holly Teel is a partner in WSHB’s El Segundo (Los Angeles) office, serving clients throughout Southern California. She has extensive experience in the defense of attorneys in professional liability cases involving an array of underlying matters, including contract disputes, tort claims, product liability, business disputes, and employment law claims. Holly also defends real estate agents and brokers, insurance agents and brokers, and escrow officers, in professional liability cases.

She handles all aspects of litigation practice, from inception through trial, including arbitrations, mediations, depositions, development of case strategy, drafting and arguing motions for summary judgment and other law and motion matters.

In addition to her professional liability practice, Holly also defends clients in residential and commercial property, malicious prosecution and abuse of process claims, and general tort liability and products liability claims.

Holly is a published author and speaker on professional liability defense.
