Ethan Posey is senior counsel at WSHB's office in Ontario, California. His practice focuses on the successful defense of cases related to transportation, construction defects, habitability, and business and commercial litigation.

Ethan graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona's James E. Rogers College of Law. During law school, he served as the managing editor of the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law & Policy and participated in moot court competitions.

After graduating, Ethan began his legal career in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he gained practical litigation experience by defending small to medium-sized businesses against personal injury claims. Following his successful practice in Nevada, Ethan relocated to Southern California and expanded his expertise to include various areas of complex civil litigation.

Ethan is currently licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada. In his free time, he enjoys live music, outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family.
