Overview

Eden Zakay is an associate in WSHB’s Raleigh office. His practice focuses on complex torts, construction defects, employment litigation and professional liability.

Eden graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as an associate member of the San Diego Law Review and earned awards in International Civil Litigation and Employment Discrimination.

While in law school, Eden externed for a transactional law firm where he worked on corporate contracts in the technology and medical industries. He also provided pro bono services to low-wage workers during the Covid-19 pandemic through the University of San Diego’s Workers’ Rights Clinic. After graduating, Eden continued his service with the Workers’ Rights Clinic as a supervising attorney and guest lecturer, advising students on client management and the law. Eden also served as a post-bar law clerk for a California law firm specializing in class actions and complex litigation.
