Overview
Danielle Thompson is an associate attorney at the White Plains office of WSHB, where she represents firm clients in complex employment practices liability and professional liability matters. She is known for providing strategic legal counsel and zealous advocacy, ensuring our clients’ interests are protected at every stage of litigation.
Danielle earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law, receiving CALI Excellence Awards in Advanced Legal Research and the Entrepreneurship Clinic.
She is the author of an article in the 2025 Nebraska Law Review Bulletin that examines legal accountability for domestic silent video surveillance and the implications of emerging technologies.
Danielle is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and New Jersey.
