Overview
Danielle M. Paglia is a senior associate in WSHB’s Detroit office. She represents businesses, insurers, professionals, and employers in commercial litigation, third-party trucking liability, insurance coverage, professional liability, and employment litigation. Danielle partners with clients to deliver practical guidance, clear communication, and thoughtful strategy aimed at efficient resolution, risk management, and protection of business interests.
She brings deep experience defending complex matters across Michigan state and federal courts. Her background includes municipal law, landlord-tenant litigation, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy, and fair housing defense, as well as manufactured housing issues. She has handled title order disputes, prepared appellate briefing, and secured successful results at trial. Drawing on this foundation, Danielle effectively navigates claims touching property, contracts, compliance, and coverage, and she is skilled at developing tailored strategies from pre-suit evaluation through motion practice, mediation, and trial.
Danielle currently serves as Vice Chair for the Oakland County Bar Association New Lawyers Committee.
