Daniella Styagova is an associate attorney and a member of WSHB's national Cybersecurity & Data Privacy team. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and trial work, with an emphasis on data privacy and healthcare law.
Daniella represents corporate clients in consumer protection, technology, and data privacy disputes. She guides clients through all stages of litigation, from case assessment to trial preparation.
She earned her J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School, where she served as Senior Editor of Family Law Quarterly, competed on the Trial Team, and gained experience through litigation internships and clerkships.
A multilingual attorney, Daniella is fluent in Russian and has working knowledge of Ukrainian and Italian. She is admitted to practice in New York.
