Overview

Dale Radford is a Senior Associate in the Thousand Oaks office of WSHB, where he has substantial experience defending large clients and carriers in transportation, toxic tort, and premises liability matters. Dale also has experience in defending asbestos clients and complex CERCLA actions in environmental disputes involving contaminated Superfund sites in all phases of litigation.

Dale earned his J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law San Francisco (formerly U.C. Hastings), where he distinguished himself as a Senior Supervising Editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Journal and competed on the A.B.A. Client Counseling Team. He also worked as a legal research assistant for Professor Jessica Vapnek, served at the Employment Law Clinic, and co-led the Hastings Student Animal Legal Defense Fund Chapter. His legal insights have been published in the Hastings Journal of Crime and Punishment and on Mapistry Inc.'s Environmental Litigation Blog. Dale earned his B.A. in Psychology with an Anthropology minor from UCLA, graduating cum laude

Outside of work, Dale volunteers his time in animal advocacy as an executive committee member of the Animal Law section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
