Meet Bryan Hill, a seasoned litigator specializing in construction and complex business litigation with a proven history of successful results. Bryan's legal practice is centered around offering comprehensive representation to clients in the construction industry, with a particular focus on professional malpractice defense for architects and engineers. His expertise spans across a range of projects, including high-rise buildings, single-family homes, mixed-use developments, and commercial properties, servicing builders of all sizes from small to Fortune 500 companies. Bryan also has experience handling a wide range of matters representing clients in disputes involving premises liability, wrongful death, bad faith, and catastrophic injury claims in state and federal courts. He counsels directors and officers, insurance agents professionals against claims of negligence and breach of duties, and errors and omissions claims. Routinely sought by leading contractors nationwide, Bryan is known for skillfully resolving complex issues through mediation, settlement discussions, arbitration, and trials.

Prior to practicing law in Florida, Bryan held the role of an environmental compliance manager for facilities along the Eastern seaboard at a prominent building products manufacturer. Additionally, he served with distinction as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, including a deployment to the Horn of Africa as part of Operation Enduring Freedom before transitioning into his legal career.

Now a partner in WSHB's Boca Raton, Florida, office, Bryan is licensed to practice law in Florida and Maryland.
