Overview
Chris Brown is the managing partner of WSHB's office in Knoxville, Tennessee. He has extensive experience in various areas of law, including automobile negligence, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, transportation and trucking law, as well as medical fraud and abuse, and general civil litigation. A seasoned first-chair trial attorney, Chris has led jury trials in Florida, Michigan, and Tennessee.
Chris began his legal career in Miami, Florida, where he handled cases involving brain injuries, wrongful death, sexual assault, and spinal injuries that required surgery. He then transitioned to a role as a prosecutor and district attorney, serving as the lead prosecutor for major cases, including homicide, sex crimes, human trafficking, arson, and felonious assaults.
Originally from Michigan, Chris proudly holds a degree from Michigan State University and attended law school at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, where he served as the President of the Trial Team.
In his free time, Chris enjoys golfing, hiking, singing, and spending quality time with his wife, a radiologist, and their pets.
