Overview

Carolynn Mulder is a partner in WSHB’s New Jersey office, focusing her practice on complex construction defect litigation, complex civil litigation, appellate advocacy, insurance coverage matters, environmental, and products liability. She is also experienced in handling professional liability and toxic tort matters. Carolynn is known for her innovative defense strategies and for obtaining consistently favorable results in complex and high-risk matters.

Carolynn attended Rutgers School of Law- Newark and obtained her J.D. in 2014. While in law school, she participated in the Constitutional Rights Clinic and was a teaching associate for Legal Research and Writing courses. Carolynn also interned at the Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law, Consumer Fraud Prosecution Section during law school. She served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Harriet F. Klein, J.S.C., in the New Jersey Superior Court’s Chancery Division – General Equity Part.
