Brett Silvers is a senior associate attorney based in WSHB's Orlando, Florida, office. He specializes in construction litigation and complex civil litigation throughout the State of Florida. 

Born and raised in Miami, Brett obtained his undergraduate degree in Sport Management and Business from the University of Texas at Austin. Due to his love of sports, he worked for the Miami Heat before deciding to pursue a Juris Doctor degree, along with a Certificate in Intellectual Property, from St. Thomas University School of Law.

Prior to joining WSHB, Brett gained a wealth of experience handling all facets of personal injury and general liability litigation.
