Brandon Henderson is an associate attorney in WSHB's Thousand Oaks office, where his practice focuses on civil litigation defense with an emphasis on premises liability, catastrophic injury defense, and employment-related claims. He represents businesses, property owners, and insurers in all stages of litigation, providing thorough analysis and strategic advocacy in complex matters.

Mr. Henderson earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. While in law school, he became a Palmer Fellow with the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and Law, where he gained experience at the intersection of business, innovation, and legal practice.

During law school, Mr. Henderson worked for the in-house legal department of a publicly traded media company, supporting corporate counsel on matters involving corporate governance, contract analysis, and business operations. He later served as a law clerk at a civil litigation defense trial firm, where he assisted in defending clients in premises liability, personal injury, employment, and business litigation. These experiences provided him with practical insight into both corporate environments and trial-focused defense work.
