Overview
Anita Ajiboye is a senior associate in WSHB’s New York office. Ms. Ajiboye regularly represents clients in personal injury, product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice and complex litigation actions. A skilled attorney, she has repeatedly obtained judgments in favor of her clients on summary judgment.
Ms. Ajiboye previously worked for a prominent national insurance carrier and their insureds on first and third-party matters, which included automobile negligence, insurance coverage, construction defect, premises liability, personal injury, labor law, and subrogation actions.
Outside of her legal career, Ms. Ajiboye is an active member of her community. She proudly serves as the co-founder and co-chair for the Kwara Empowerment Project, an organization dedicated to assisting underemployed and low-income individuals and families in Nigeria.
