Overview
Alison McClave is a senior associate in WSHB's New Jersey office, where her practice focuses on general civil litigation, products liability, and premises liability. Alison is a graduate of New York Law School. While there, she served as president of the Anti-Trafficking Law Students Association, a novel organization bringing awareness and education to audiences about global and domestic forms of human trafficking. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University.
Alison previously worked as an assistant district attorney in Bronx County in the Domestic Violence Bureau, Special Victims Division.
She is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
