Overview
Alexandra Cumella is a partner in WSHB’s White Plains office, where she focuses her practice on professional liability matters and employment practices liability claims. Alexandra also assists our national insurance coverage practice by advising and representing domestic and international insurers on first-party property (Homeowner’s and Commercial), commercial general liability, construction defect, and professional errors and omission claims. She has successfully litigated a wide variety of first-party and third-party insurance cases, including the interpretation of policy provisions and exclusions. Alexandra received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from Seton Hall University and her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra’s experience included private practice work, focusing on complex civil litigation in civil rights and catastrophic injury matters. Alexandra is a member of the New York State Bar, New Jersey State Bar, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
