Overview

Aidan O’Brien is a senior associate attorney at WSHB’s Orlando, Florida office, where he handles all aspects of complex civil litigation.

Aidan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Before becoming an attorney, he developed a strong foundation in commercial litigation, interning during his undergraduate studies and serving as a summer associate in law school. These roles provided early exposure to a broad range of complex commercial matters and the practical intricacies of litigation rarely addressed in law school.

At WSHB, Aidan’s practice centers on construction litigation and general liability. He also brings experience in banking and financial services disputes, business torts, corporate governance and shareholder conflicts, non-competition and trade secret matters, and employment litigation.

Outside the office, he enjoys tennis, golf, basketball, playing guitar, and cheering on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
