Overview

Adam Gorski is a senior associate attorney in WSHB’s Phoenix office. In his practice with the firm, he handles wrongful death, employment law, professional liability, municipal liability, and construction defect litigation.

Before joining WSHB, Adam worked for the Arizona Legislature, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, and personal injury firms in the area. As a result of his hard work and dedication, he has received several awards, including Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch, Super Lawyers Rising Star, and Forbes - Best Motorcycle Accident Lawyer.

Adam is a cum laude graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he was a member of the Arizona State Law Journal, a Dean’s Award Winner, a Gold n’ Gavel scholar, and a Willard H. Pedrick scholar. And, after his 1L year as a prosecuting attorney for the St. Clair County Prosecutor’s Office, he won a jury trial in a domestic violence case as an attorney. 

Prior to law school, Adam attended Ohio State University, where he played on the Men’s Varsity Soccer team and was a three-time Big Ten Conference All-Academic award recipient. In between his schooling, he was a semi-professional soccer in Michigan.

Originally from Detroit, Adam is an avid Detroit Red Wings hockey fan and enjoys traveling to arenas to see them play. Adam is licensed to practice law in Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Eastern District of Michigan.
