WSHB's Alicia Kennon was awarded the designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional by the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) after completing the extensive requirements of the Litigation Management Institute at Columbia University Law School in New York.

The Litigation Management Institute is the first certification program specifically designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business of litigation management. The program is designed to bridge the gap between legal theory and litigation strategy, and the business aspects of litigation management. Sponsored by the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, admission is limited to certain experienced attorneys and executives in the litigation management field.

As Senior Counsel in the WSHB Northern California office, Alicia specializes in the litigation of claims involving professional liability, construction defect, employment practices, and personal injury defense. She defends individuals, businesses, and public entities against allegations of premises liability, products liability, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. Alicia has likewise secured favorable results in litigated matters on behalf of professionals, including physicians, nurses, hospitals, dentists, optometrists, insurance agents and brokers.
