(Seattle, Washington)- Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman, a nationally celebrated law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Jackie Jensen Erler as a new partner in our Seattle, Washington office. A Seattle- area native, Jensen Erler brings a wealth of experience in civil litigation, with a primary focus on construction defect, personal injury, and insurance disputes.

"Jackie enjoys a stellar reputation throughout the State of Washington for being a top-notch litigator who consistently secures great results," said Tim Repass, managing partner of WSHB's Seattle office. "She shares our dedication to innovative and strategic approaches to litigation. I am simply thrilled that she is joining us."

Jensen Erler earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington before obtaining her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law. During her time in law school, she gained valuable insight through an externship with the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.

Included in her prior experience was time spent at a boutique plaintiff firm, which she credits as giving her insight on the opposing side of the proverbial coin. "I have practiced on both sides and understand the drivers and pressure points in terms of evidence, theories of liability and effectively resolving matters," she said. "I bring this unique experience to every matter I handle, and credit it to my success in cutting to the chase and delivering positive results for my clients."

Jensen Erler also brings substantial experience handling insurance coverage issues on the defense side. This diverse background positions her as a formidable force in civil litigation providing clients with a unique and comprehensive perspective.

"We are thrilled to welcome Jackie Jensen Erler to our partnership. Her local roots, extensive experience, and dedication to the legal community align seamlessly with our firm's values," said firmwide managing partner Stewart Reid. "We look forward to the valuable contributions she will make as we continue to provide top-notch legal services to our clients."

Jensen Erler is licensed to practice law in Washington State, the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit.
