Wood Smith Henning & Berman has named Jack Pemberton Managing Partner of its Phoenix office, recognizing his leadership, litigation experience, and long-standing commitment to client advocacy.
A skilled litigator with more than 20 years of experience, Pemberton focuses his practice on complex civil litigation involving general liability, products liability, and transportation matters. He has significant experience handling municipal liability claims, including those involving roadway design, construction and maintenance, as well as claims asserted against first responders and other public entities.
Pemberton is a tireless advocate who has handled a broad spectrum of high-exposure matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death and other profound and debilitating injury claims. He is known for his strategic approach, meticulous preparation, and ability to guide clients through complex and high-stakes litigation.
