Dallas, Texas - Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman (WSHB) is proud to announce the addition of Daniel Paret to its Dallas office as a new partner, effective April 24, 2023. This announcement reflects the firm’s expansion of its footprint throughout the Lone Star state.
Daniel brings with him a wealth of experience across a broad range of practice areas, including professional liability, transportation, employment, construction, and all facets of complex civil litigation. Daniel enjoys a well-deserved reputation for his skilled handling of all facets of contract litigation, labor and employment, oil and gas and personal injury defense. He is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience as an advocate in various arbitration and civil forums. As a mediator, he has drawn upon his litigation experience to successfully resolve matters involving personal injury, premises liability, products liability, breach of contract, DTPA, fraud, and more. Daniel excels in providing results-oriented and innovative solutions to his clients' legal issues, both in and out of the courtroom.
Daniel graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was the President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, the Chair of the Student Mentor Program, and a Semi-Finalist in the Moriarity Moot Court Competition.
