Licensed in both Texas and Indiana, Herrera represents clients through every stage of civil litigation, from early case evaluation and strategic planning through discovery, expert witness development, motion practice, mediation, and trial. Her experience includes defending high-exposure claims involving 18-wheeler and commercial motor vehicle accidents, as well as complex liability and insurance matters.
Recognized for her expertise in trial advocacy, Herrera is board-certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction earned by only a select percentage of Texas attorneys. She previously served on the State Bar of Texas Pattern Jury Charges General Negligence committee, contributing to the development of jury instructions in Texas.
