Daniel Berman, in collaboration with Erik Scheinfeldt, AVP-Litigation from Amtrust, will be leading a highly anticipated session entitled "Legal Budgeting and Fee Considerations." Participants will gain insights into managing litigation more effectively through budget data mining and alternative fee arrangements (AFA's).
