Overview

David is a partner in WSHB’s Fresno, California office. He has extensive experience defending a variety of litigation including complex torts, employment, habitability, and residential and commercial construction defect claims. David graduated from San Joaquin College of Law, with distinction, and was admitted to the Bar in 2014. While in law school he was a judicial extern for the Honorable Anthony Ishii of the United States District Court, Eastern District. He was also Production Editor for the San Joaquin College of Law Agricultural Law Review and published a law review comment on food safety laws and their impact on negligence lawsuits. David is also veteran of the United States Navy and served as a Hospital Corpsman. He credits his comprehensive understanding of bodily injury claims to the medical experience he gained while in the service.
