Overview
Victoria Pitre is an associate attorney in WSHB’s New Orleans office. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage, bad faith, and extra-contractual claims.
A lifelong resident of South Louisiana, Victoria graduated from Mount Carmel Academy in New Orleans before attending Louisiana State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Minor in Spanish Language. She attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where she served as Moot Court’s Chief of Staff, an oralist for Loyola’s Moot Court Constitutional Criminal Procedure team, and a Teacher’s Assistant for Loyola’s Legal Research and Writing Department. Victoria was one of ten students in her graduating law school class chosen to be a member of the National Order of Barristers for her work in oral advocacy and appellate brief writing. Victoria was also a member of the Latinx Law Student Association.
Victoria is a Notary Public. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Hispanic National Bar Association, Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, and a fellow with the Louisiana Bar Foundation. She is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
