Overview

Tyler Raiford serves as Senior Counsel in the Boca Raton office of WSHB. He has a proven track record representing insurance companies and businesses in complex litigation, including first-party property claims, auto accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, professional malpractice, and construction defect disputes.

Tyler earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, where he was an esteemed member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. He was named to the honor roll for three semesters and received the Remedies Book Award. Tyler also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University.

Earlier in his legal career, Tyler represented clients as both a plaintiff and defense attorney, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on litigation strategy and dispute resolution. He is known for delivering thorough analysis and clear communication, developing defense strategies tailored to client objectives while minimizing risk and exposure.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys time with his family, fishing, golfing, and supporting Florida State football.
