Overview

Ryan Cesario is a Senior Associate at WSHB’s Hartford office, where he focuses on medical malpractice, tort, and general liability defense. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut.

Ryan earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his B.A. in English, with a minor in business, from the University of Rhode Island. While in law school, he participated in Suffolk University’s study abroad and externship program in Ireland, where he attended classes in international business and criminal law. He also represented low-income individuals in a variety of matters, ranging from property law to family law, through the Community Law and Mediation Center in Limerick, gaining valuable experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Before joining WSHB, Ryan worked at a local defense firm, where he handled cases involving premises liability, motor vehicle collisions, general liability, and medical malpractice. He gained significant experience representing insurance companies, agents, insureds, self-insured entities, and professionals in state court. Additionally, Ryan has served as plaintiff’s counsel, managing personal injury, employment law, and workers’ compensation cases.
