Overview
Nicholas Butler is a skilled associate attorney based in WSHB's Phoenix, Arizona office, where he handles complex civil litigation. He is well-regarded for his persuasive writing, client management, and analytical approach to complex legal challenges.
Originally from New Jersey, Nick earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. While in law school, he actively participated in several national organizations, including the Copyright Law Society, the Sports Lawyers Association, and the ABA Antitrust Section. He also received a CALI Award in Sports Law. In addition to his law degree, Nick holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Boston College, where he was a member of the Men's Varsity Soccer team.
Nick gained broad legal experience prior to joining WSHB by working as a law clerk at two law firms and as an intern at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.
When he is not practicing law, Nick can be found on the tennis court, planning his next trip, attending soccer matches, or discovering new films.
